RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept Returns & Exchanges for Items that are excellent condition, unworn and free from damages by the Client (Shipping Fee may apply for any Return or Exchanges). For a full refund or exchange, mail out your items within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days. Items must be returned with all Great Tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, MBijou cannot accept returns for:

Items on FINAL SALE
USED (that includes if the tag has been removed)

We Ship to USA and Puerto Rico; Shipping Fee may change for out of Country purchases. 

Processing Time is 3-5 Business days for your order to ship

Delivery Estimate: 

USA 3-5 Business days

Puerto Rico 7-10 Business days

The Store is not Responsible for Packages sent to the wrong address

Address Changes: If an Order is already processed or shipped, the store may not be able to change the Address

Reshipping: The Store may require the Client to pay for reshipping the order

Client is responsible for entering address carefully when placing an Order

If We are expecting high volume of orders, Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the client is responsible for any loss in value.

Our Store Flat Rate Fee remains unless Shipping Fees may change from time-to-time due Increase of Shipping Carriers Fees.
